We may receive contact details, identity and passport information, family relationships, certificates, application references, correspondence and payment records needed for the agreed service.
2. How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide application assistance, communicate progress, maintain appropriate records, meet legal obligations and protect the service from misuse.
3. Sensitive documents and security
No online system can promise absolute security. We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards and ask customers to use only the agreed method for sensitive documents. Avoid sending full unmasked identity documents in a first enquiry or public message.
4. Sharing and official portals
Information is shared only where needed for the agreed service, where you instruct us, where an official submission requires it or where law requires it. Official portals and authorities have their own privacy terms.
5. Retention and rights
Information is kept only as long as reasonably required for the service, legal records and legitimate business purposes. UK data-protection law may give rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection depending on the circumstances.
